Our Synergy Portal Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Answer: Use your district-provided Google email (e.g., jose.suarez123@stu.emuhsd.org) and assigned password to access the new Synergy portal. If the email and password are not working or you forgot your password, please contact the school office staff for assistance

Answer: Students, if you notice any issues with the grade book, please reach out directly to your class teacher. If your parent or guardian's contact information, including addresses and phone numbers, is outdated, it will be updated during our annual online registration process. For any immediate changes or additional questions, please contact the school office staff for assistance with our Synergy Portals.

Answer: Parent activation keys are usually provided in the Spring to incoming 9th-grade students and to new students enrolling during the current school year. All families will receive notifications via phone, text, and/or email about this process, which is necessary to gain access to the system and complete the required Annual Back-to-School Registration.
