Enhanced Learning Portals for our EMUHSD Families! 

The El Monte Union High School District offers parents/guardians and students access to our "Synergy" portals. The Synergy system offers essential student information through online web portals and mobile apps named "ParentVue" for parents and "StudentVUE" for students. With Synergy, parents and guardians can use a username and password of their choosing to access all their children's information across the entire district, regardless of school. Students will simply log in to the system utilizing their school-provided Google email account and password. ParentVUE and StudentVUE will provide exciting new access to help parents/guardians and students stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into their child's academic experience at EMUHSD. If students do not know their Google information, or if parents have not received their ParentVUE activation code, they must visit the school's office in person to obtain the necessary information to access the system.

StudentVUE & ParentVUE Portal Features

  • Allowing access to all children associated with that parent or guardian, across the District, in any grade or school.
  • Big picture information – ability  to view attendance, immunization compliance, transcripts, graduation status, and more
  • Grades and assignments – track academic progress and know when assignments have been given and are due
  • Class website access – integration with Google Classroom to sync assignment information to a class website
  • Ability to stay connected with teachers – communicate with teachers through email or integrated Synergy mail. 
  • Web portal and mobile app – easy access from anywhere and anytime (sample shown on right)

The Synergy StudentVUE portal and mobile app are now available to all students using the button above or the link below. New parents & guardians of the district are provided with portal/app access in Spring to complete the Annual Back-to-School Registration for all students.

Students, use your Google email (e.g., jose.suarez123@stu.emuhsd.org) and district password to access the student portal.

ParentVUE Mobile App Note: After installing the ParentVUE app and opening it for the first time, you will be prompted to enable location services or provide a zip code. A list of Synergy School Districts will be displayed. Select "El Monte Union High School District" from the list. If you do not already have a ParentVUE username and password, choose the "Have activation key" option.
