The El Monte Union High School District (EMUHSD) Williams Uniform Complaint Procedure is designed to give pupils, parents and the community a formal forum for expressing concerns that address three specific areas:

  1. Textbooks and Instructional Materials
  2. Teacher Vacancy and Misassignment
  3. Facilities
